In some non-English game versions, the file Crysis 3\C3\videos2.pak is bugged, leading to missing voice acting during cutscenes.[17][18] Many users reported getting the bug since a patch.[18][19][20][21][22][23][24] The reason is maybe a patch that month which "cleaned up" the audio files but was bugged and never fixed.[25][26]
The update brings a couple of welcome control adjustments, as well as a fix to that pesky bug which affected anyone with a special character in their username. You can see the full patch notes for yourself below.

Standalone version now is not required! At the time of release, i could't fix the problem, because of which I was forced to do an standalone version...If you did not download the standalone version, you can download the full version with including latest patch without the standalone build. 2ff7e9595c
